Sonnet 406
Once bound to silence, tongues now loosed by trust
And night's sweet satisfaction, like staunch wine.
Loathing is sure, love not; reveal I must
Dark fantasies of mind that plague and dine?
Divulge thy vice; expose thy secrets now.
So grant me power, solely mine, o'er you,
Remember "No Regrets" that oft' heard vow?
It's now or ne'er so stay forever true!
And dost thou dread thou may be criticized?
Come free thyself from needless shackles' weight.
Come I beseech of thee, perchance reprise?
Chains cast away. The inhibitions hate.
Please act according to thy own desire.
I promise either way I still admire.
